Terms of Service
The terms governing authorized access to and use of Backoffice by employees, contractors and other individuals granted an account by their organization.
On this page
This system is provisioned and administered by your organization. These terms describe how it may be used; they do not create any relationship between you and the operator of this software independent of your employer or engaging organization.
1. Acceptance of terms
By signing in to Backoffice (the “System”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the System and contact your administrator.
2. Authorized access only
Accounts are provisioned by an administrator within your organization — there is no self-registration. Access is granted for legitimate business purposes connected to your role, and only for as long as your organization authorizes it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the System only for its intended business purpose. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, probe or test the System's security, share your login credentials, or use the System to store or process data unrelated to your organization's business.
4. Account and password responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your login. Choose a strong password, keep it confidential, and enable two-factor authentication where it is available to you. Report a lost device, a suspected compromised account, or any suspicious activity to your administrator immediately.
5. Role-based access
What you can see and do in the System is governed by the role and permissions assigned to your account. Access to a module or record is not an invitation to use it beyond what your role requires.
6. Data handling
Financial, HR, customer, supplier and operational data accessed through the System belongs to your organization. You agree to handle it in line with your organization's own policies and any applicable law, and not to export, copy or share it outside the System except as your role and organization permit.
7. System availability
The System is provided on an “as available” basis. Planned maintenance, upgrades or unplanned incidents may cause temporary downtime; your administrator will typically be notified in advance of planned maintenance.
8. Monitoring and audit
Sign-ins and key actions within the System are logged for security, troubleshooting and audit purposes, and may be reviewed by your organization's administrators.
9. Changes to the System
Features, workflows and modules may be added, changed or retired over time as the System evolves.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the System after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Termination of access
Your access may be suspended or revoked at any time by an administrator, including on a change or end of your engagement with the organization.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms should be directed to your organization's system administrator, or to support@primeforce.africa.
